To book your online Fire Risk Assessment for your HMO, all we need to know is:

  • How many storeys do you occupy?
  • How many bedrooms are there?

This Fire Risk Assessment is suitable for assessing the communal and private areas of properties containing multiple bedrooms with shared facilities. A fire risk assessment for a HMO covers the entire property.

If you are unsure if your property is classed as a HMO (Houses in Multiple Occupation), more detail can be found here.
